Dr. Natalia David is a Health Psychologist and board-certified Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist. She created Mind Body Sleep to bridge a gap in the healthcare arena between mental and physical health, recognizing the power of the mind-body connection and the importance of both for optimizing health and well-being.


As a health psychologist, Dr. David’s approach to therapy is mind-body centered, integrating holistic and evidence-based methods (i.e. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques) to achieve healing that comes from acknowledging and nurturing the “whole” self.
